*** USE MY PICTURES: ***
Do you want to copy one of my pictures for not-for-profit personal use / family tree / etc..... You have permission to do so AS LONG AS you give credit back to me. You can do something like:
[photo taken by coan.net] -- or --
[photo taken by VermilionCounty.info]
PLEASE NOTE: It is against Find A Grave rules (and Copyright LAW) to copy pictures which are not taken by you. Just because something is on the Internet DOES NOT mean it is free, or without copyright. EVERY picture I have ever taken is, and will always be copyrighted to me (even if it does not have a © mark on the photo). Just because I post a picture DOES NOT mean I'm giving my legal rights to my photo's.
CORRECTIONS / ADDITION / TRANSFERS
PLEASE go to that memorial and hit "EDIT" in the upper right and enter the information there.
For corrections or additions - Please give source - and if possible, write it how you would like it in the memorial (so I can quickly copy-n-paste)
For transfers - Again, go through edit link - and let me know how you are related (ex. "This is my great grandfathers brother") should work.
**** MORE ABOUT ME *****
I live in the East Central Illinois area (around Danville, IL). A project I started a few years back was to get pictures of EVERY headstone in EVERY cemetery in Vermilion County Illinois. I've done that, and have got pictures of EVERY headstone in most of the cemeteries in Edgar, Champaign, and Iroquois counties in Illinois - along with Vermillion and Warren counties in Indiana. Many posted on my personal website:

I have also been a County Keeper for Vermilion County Illinois here on Find A Grave, and currently volunteer at the local genealogical society helping to get all their cemetery readings and books up to date.

Wow, I am VERY impressed with all your work on these Illinois cemeteries. Thank you! Also, thank you for the photos of my relatives. Your time and effort is much appreciated.
|Sandy Dillon||McKown Family|
Thank you so very much for the time you took to fill my request for Charles & Ernestine McKown. My Grandfather's family (Kington) lived in Illinois. I am researching them. He apparently had another family (a wife and three children) in Illinois and left them. He then came East to Maryland and married my Grandmother and had another family. So it's a little difficult to track the family from here (Florida). I have been in contact with one of his grandchildren in Illinois. Thanks again.
|Anonymous||Robert W Woods|
Thanks you for your quick response per my request for a picture. This was my first time using "Find a Grave" request. Very pleased.
|J. (Foster) Cruz||Cruzan, Eickhoff|
Thank you for filling my requests for headstone photos for Roberta Cruzan, and Wiliam and Edna Eickhoff. You are a great Find A Grave volunteer. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
|bstahl||George Claypoole photo|
Thank you so much for the excellent photo of George Claypoole's marker. It was certainly the quickest volunteer response I've experienced! George (like many other war veterans) had ongoing health issues after his discharge...I greatly appreciate the photo you took commemorating him.

We'd like to thank you for adding photographs of the grave of our cousin, John Rains, to his memorial page. John and our Dad were like brothers. We have very fond memories of him.
Thank you for all that you do.
