Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am addicted to geneology and ancestry.com & findagraves has become my favorite past time. I currently live in Central Florida, but my family research centers around Lebanon, Russell Va & surrounding counties. I have been working on my family tree for over 15 years. I love searching out old family graveyards that are most likely not cataloged or posted on findagraves. I find myself traveling down a back road, spot an old gravesite & I'm hooked. I have no clue to those resting there, but somewhere there is someone who connects to them. This is where I take this info and search ancestry to see if I can find a family tree I can donate my info. I am happy to transfer any memorials to family, please don't hesitate to ask. You have my permission to use any photos I post to this site.

Dolly Fuller memorial
Hi Faye! While I was researching, I noticed on your memorial for Dolly Fuller that you listed her as d/o Robert E.Garrett & Rachel Williams. Everything that I have found on her indicates that her parents were Samuel David Williams & Elizabeth Jessee. I think I saw in your tree that you also have her as d/o Samuel & Elizabeth. Could you have possibly made a mistake on her memorial? Just wanting to make sure that I have correct info. Thanks, Monty Williams

RE: Dennis Weaver memorial
Thanks for offering, but I am not a relative. While researching my family, I sometimes add info to memorials if I happen to come across it. These two guys (father and son) were somehow connected to a distant cousin through marriage, but the connection is very obscure. The military info stood out as significant.

Thanks for all the work you do! It's a team effort.

Joan

You didn't have to respond but I am glad that you did and thanks for the photo info. Was this the same man who scarred you for life? Just curious...

Crystal River-("Doc") Moon
Hi, Faye. I have posted a picture of Doc Moon on his memorial in Crystal River Cemetery. The man with him is Doc's brother, my step-grandfather Perry Franklin Moon. Now if I just knew how to crop a picture! Hope you are well---Sheila.

Dr William Moon
Thank you so much for your transferal of "Doc" to me and for taking the time to provide me with your personal anecdote concerning your visit to his office---priceless! I hope that your stitches healed nicely and that they didn't leave you or your forehead scarred for life! That had to be a frightening experience for one so young.
God bless you for your kindness and generosity. Many thanks---Sheila

RE: Gibson photos
Faye, I'm glad you found the website. It has been a pleasure getting it back up and running. The pictures are open to copy as far as I'm concerned. We are working on getting the marriages and births between 1880 to 1900 on the website.
