Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Illinois and love genealogy and find a grave. I like to try and fulfill any requests for fag and am willing to help anyone who needs it.
I am willing to transfer any sites I do to family members. I am not into how many photos I can post with the information like it is some kind of race to do the most. I just want to do the best job I can and I am always open for suggestions on my errors when asked.
This is a great site for people looking for genealogy family and for loved ones.

Bilyeu Family -- For Ur Info
I was following links and noticed you had mentioned a Bilyeu cemetery in Illinois. A Bilyeu family used to attend church where I do and although they no longer attend our church, they still live in the area. Their grandpa grew up around Tuscumbia, Miller Co, MO. We pronounced their surname (Bill-you), but down in the country it's pronounced (Blue). The Miller County, MO. Historical Society Museum has much genealogical information on its website. Hope this information helps someone researching the Bilyeu family. :)

Acree obits
From the site policies (FAQs) for adding obits:
"If the obituary is added to the memorial record, it should list the newspaper and date the obit was printed for example 'Published in the Hattiesburg American, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Internet Edition, April 11, 2007'."

RE: Nathaniel and Nancy Harris
Janet, I am also looking for two other daughters of Nathaniel and Nancy, which I feel are in the Westside Cemetery. Frances L. (Fannie)Harris, b.1873; Grace Harris Haslem, b. 1884, w/o John Haslem, b. 1884. The 1930 census show Frances still in Mowequea, and the 1940 census shows the Haslems still there. Know there are some Haslem's in the cemetery, including his parents, so maybe they are buried with them.
Would there be a way you could check the cemetery for these graves? Also, any pictures that you could add to the memorials (if you find them) would be great. Thank you in advance for your help.

Acree obits
Thanx for submitting the obits for the Acree memorials. Do you have the name and date of publication? I can't use them without that info.

Nancy Harris
Her obituary from the Moweaqua newspaper says, "died in this city", so I entered Moweaqua as place of death.
The date of the newspaper was January 29, 1908, which was a Wednesday. It says she died Sunday, which would be January 26, 1908, which is the date I entered.
Hope this explains.

RE: Nathaniel and Nancy Harris
Janet, Just found Mary Ann Harris in the Nathaniel Harris household in 1880 census. He is listed as Nathl Harris in case you try to find it. I feel certain this is the right one so have put in an edit for it. Also, was able to connect Nancy Jane Hyde Harris to her parents, Samuel and Mary Hyde, who are buried in one of our cemeteries. Thanks again for your pictures of the monuments.

RE: Nathaniel Harris
Janet, Give me a few days to go through my notes on Nathaniel and Nancy Harris. I will let you know if Mary Pritchard is theirs. Thanks for the pictures. Nathaniel and Nancy are related to several of the people buried in our cemeteries in Tobinsport, IN. It has really been amazing how many residents from here are buried in Moweaqua, including my great grandfather Ahl.
