I found a photo of a relative on Find A Grave, can I use it?

You must obtain written permission from the member to use any photo for your own use. In general if you did not take the photo yourself, you do not hold the copyright to the photo.

PLEASE DO NOT LIFT MY PHOTOS, OBITS PHOTOS, ETC WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Or anyone else's contributions to my memorials, without their permission. Otherwise this is an act of piracy and insult. I have given very valuable information here to anyone working on their genealogy. I do not add information unless verified as fact. I added two photos. Wasn't sure what to add or exclude on a temp grave. Didn't want to remove dead flowers, because I didn't think it was my place, plus it gave the photo character. Take a look, let me know if you think one should be removed.

I'm a descendant of Herbert Starr Taylor through his son Lester's line. I appreciate all your work. :)

Ottmers photos

May I have permission to use, with credit, your images related to my Ottmers line in Der Stadt Friedhof Cemetery? Only use would be personal family tree.

Thanks in advance,

I completed your photo request for Eli Lenoir. In the same lot is his wife Eva; son Eli, Jr. and daughter Katherine Lenoir Kasch. There were no memorials for these people, so I created them and transferred them to you.

Thanks for posting that you wanted to be contacted or using pictures! I would like to use the picture that you have taken of Lulu Taylor. She is my great aunt and I don't have any other pictures of this side of the family really except the graves. I also wanted to thank you for all the info you provided and taking the time to do this.

Thank you for your email. Gladys is my dad's sister. I would be a cousin to their children. Would love to communicate with them.
