Bio and Links
Bio Photo This is a photo of my ggg grandmothers grave.
I have never seen the grave. I really appreciate the person who took the photo.
Thanks a lot.

It is my wish that I have entered someone you are looking for. If I have entered any one related to you and they are not related to me - I will be happy to transfer. My goal is not to see how many memorial I can create, but to help you find your love ones . I don't mean to offend anybody, the memorials are made so love ones can find their relatives. If I have entered anything incorrectly, I will be glad to correct.

Any and all information or pictures, I have uploaded, are meant for sharing. Family memories were meant to be passed on. I just don't understand anyone that thinks different. I think if you don't want to share, than don't put them on a public site.
-------------------------------------------------
Today we walked where others walked
On a lonely, windswept hill;
Today we talked where other cried
For Loved Ones whose lives are stilled.

Today our hearts were touched
By graves of tiny babies;
Snatched from the arms of loving kin,
In the heartbreak of the ages.

Today we saw where the grandparents lay
In the last sleep of their time;
Lying under the trees and clouds -
Their beds kissed by the sun and wind.

Today we wondered about an unmarked spot;
Who lies beneath this hollowed ground?
Was it a babe, child, young or old?
No indication could be found.

Today we saw where Mom and Dad lay.
We had been here once before
On a day we'd all like to forget,
But will remember forever more.

Today we recorded for kith and kin
The graves of ancestors past;
To be preserved for generations hence,
A record we hope will last.

Cherish it, my friend; preserve it, my friend,
For stones sometimes crumble to dust
And generations of folks yet to come
Will be grateful for your trust.

Do you by chance have an updated photo of Mr Wright's headstone. I have been trying to research whether his wife Carmen has passed on. She is my 2nd Counsin 1X removed. I have a letter from her to my great Aunt from 1972 about my Jones Family History. Carmen was a Jones.

If you can help it would be appreciated.

Cherie

James Green
Jessie Walker Green Memorial
Hi there,

There is a typo on my grandfather's memorial. His name was Jessie Walter Green (Find A Grave Memorial# 53762220). His middle name is listed as "Walker" in the memorial but it should be "Walter" as shown on the picture of the grave marker.

Thank you for all that you do for the Find A Grave project and genealogy in general.

Sincerely,

James Green

J.D.Moore burial informaton
I am the grandson of Richard (Dick) Moore.
The information in regard to J.D. Moore (Dick Moore's son) is incorrect. D.D. did not die in 1965, I'm not sure of the date, but to the best of my knowledge it was in about 1973.
Is there a stone marking the grave for J.D. Moore?

If you respond pleas email icitaylor@juno.com.

Lola Sims Hardin
Thanks for the loving care you put into the memorial for Lola Sims Hardin. And thank you for the transfer. I have added the little bit that I know about her, and will pass her on if a closer relative requests. I read and love your attitude about Find A Grave.
