After extensive research for 30 years, I am still searching for answers to questions about my ancestors. My families are Hendrix/Hendricks,Johnson, Edge, McCulloch, Hill, Kitchens, Neal, Roper, Rosser, Posey, Box, Reynolds, Terry, McBride, Linton, Owen, Graham, Holland, McCrary. If I have put info on some of our common ancestors and you want to add more info, let me know because sharing helps all of us.

Find A Grave transferred about 9,000 memorials to me that MULDER had entered. I will be glad to transfer any of those memorials to someone with info to add.

Robert White Lang
In reference to the CSA Flag tribute that you left at the site of Robert White Lang, memorial # 38898451, Robert White Lang fought with the 12th Tennessee Cavalry, USA not CSA.(Source National Park Service, Soldier Sailor Database) Though the flag tribute has the best intentions, it is misplaced.
This was a very divided family during the war. Robert White Lang's own father, Joseph C. Lang, and his uncle, Henry Wade Lang (also my ggg-grandfather), in contrast fought with Co. K, 9th Alabama Infantry. His father died at Salem Church, VA, in 1863. Henry Wade Lang was one of the few of the 9th Alabama paroled at Appomattox. Another uncle, Robert Stephen Lang, died at Shiloh, with the 49th Alabama Infantry, Co E. Two cousins also enlisted with a Union unit, the First Alabama Cavalry, USA. Those two cousins had a brother who fought with the 49th Alabama Infantry. A very divided family.

Memorial# 41211265
I sent you the wrong memorial number. The correct number is for William Hendrix Memorial# 41211265 (Not Hillary Hendrix). He's the one(a twin) who didn't die young. Please revisit my comment. It would be appreciated.

Ref: William Hendrix
After a thorough search to verify this individual there is much proof he did not die as a young child. He is an uncle in our family tree.

Please review US Census, August 1,1870 (near bottom of page)for Sanfords District (near Dawsonville), Dawson County, Georgia. William is listed (#31) with his wife, Amanda, and their children. William's father, Luke, is shown at the top of the page (#6).

Please make this correction in his Bio information so the family will know of his legacy.
Thank you.

Please remove this Emma Allred from being the spouse of Otto Mittelstadt
These are my great uncle and aunt.
I have submitted the correct Emma Mittelstadt as spouse of Otto.
They never lived in Alabama and the two tombstones are identical as you can see if you look up Emma in this cemetery.
