I have been into family history since 1973. I transcribed all cemeteries in town Schleswig, Manitowoc County, WI in 1974.|
I am currently working on Calumet County, trying to get all cemeteries transcribed.
If you have corrections or additions to anything I have on please let me know.
I do not take credit for many of the pictures I post here, they are given to me by fellow researchers who want them shared with family members.
If I have any pictures of your family members, you are welcome to use them.
Hint: click on the picture you want, and that will bring up a larger file, and then save it.
I've added a new virtual cemetery -- Cemetery X. In my research I am finding obits for people who have some connections in Calumet County, but I don't know where they are buried.
If you have cemetery stones that need cleaning or repair work on old cemetery stones, Shane Peik, has a Chilton, Wisconsin based service.

I processed your suggestions for Ida Zuehl. I am not related to her. If you are related and would like me to transfer her to you, I would gladly do so.
Hi, thanks for your message! I am working off a cemetery register from the 1970s, but you're right. The date does seem off. I double checked the register and it does say a birthdate of 1815! If it's not raining tomorrow, I will run up the street and see if there is a headstone for accurate information.
Thank you so much for ALL you do!!!!
You have photographed many of my family's memorial stones! I've been up to visit and took a few myself BUT many more were missed.
Especially wonderful that you took the time to edit and add information. I had heard stories of my step grandfather's death but to be able to read the newspaper article was invaluable. Read it to my mother and shared with other family members. Thank you for all you do in caring form others.

Thank you Rose. Do you know if Mrs. Wagner is a relative? If possible, is it possible for you to get in touch with her and see if she would contact me. She may have other pictures/info. of my relatives that I don't have or know someone that does.
Thank you so much for your time.

Thank you very much Rose.

Hi Rose - You were kind enough to post photos on my memorials for the above couple on #90908475 & 90908477. Turns out my memorials are duplicates. Would you please transfer your photos to memorials # 76122694 & 76122693 and then tell me when you're done so that I can delete my memorials for them. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you for all your efforts to add names to Find A Grave. However, you seem to have duplicated Florian Milbauer at St. Joseph Cem, Kellnersville, Manitowoc Co, WI. In June 2015 someone added Fr Florian A. Milbauer 1926-1969 #148475820. Someone has also posted a photo of his headstone under Fr Florian A Milbauer. Then in Sept. 2015 you added him as Rev Florian Milbauer 1926-1969 #152345328. Please delete your duplicate posting. Thanks, Sue (Milbauer) Schultz
|John Krakenberg||RE: Bernard&Josephine Goeres|
I have been working my genealogy on my surname of Krackenberger (old spelling) my branch now uses only Krakenberg. Bernards daughter Agnes married my 2nd gt grandfather John Krackenberger (1841-1922) and they are both buried in Seattle. I will post photos of their graves once I learn all the ropes. I have many ancestors from Sheboygan and other counties in your area.
