Would you please add the following to his grave.
At the age of 18, Warren Pond was a resident of Oakfield Twp., Kent Co., Michigan where he enlisted as a Private in the Union Army during the Civil War. He enlisted July 28, 1862 at Oakfield in Company B, Michigan 25th Infantry Regiment. He was promoted to full Corporal on July 15, 1864. Warren mustered out on June 24, 1865 at Salisbury, North Carolina. He was born in 1844 in New York.
