|Nancy Kirwan Archdekin||RE: Request for permission to use photo|
|LeRoy L. Smith||Thomas Lincoln, #107934717|
Hi "Caryn"; This is one of those memorials that I rec'd from you way back when. I still have not gotten it right. Believe that I may have missed a generation and some day that will have to be corrected in the tree, but I do not presently have the time. If you don't mind, I'm going to transfer this memorial back to you for your changes/corrections. You are not the first to tell me something is wrong on this one, and of course, it should be done correctly. There is a mistake somewhere in my tree, but have not been able to pinpoint it. If okay, I'll transfer it back. Please let me know.

I'm working on a genealogy for a client whose ancestry traces back to the Freeman family. We would like to include the tombstone photo you added for Samuel Freeman (Memorial# 6023850) in a book which will be published and distributed to family members and libraries in some of the areas where the families resided.
May I have your permission to use this photo with a full citation of its source listing you as the contributor of the photo? My client is assuming all costs for the books and there will be no profit made from the publication.
|SoCal Native||Jonathan and Polly (Delano) Handy|
This family is included in "Philip Delano of the "Fortune" 1621 [Part two (Family Numbers 368-499)" compiled by Muriel Curtis Cushing; Published by General Society of Mayflower Descendants 2011. Jonathan Delano is the son (iv.) of Jonathan and Tabitha Tobey (Wing) [#451] Handy and was b. (rec. Rochester) 19 Feb. 1790; d. Marion 19 May 1856 ae 66, "Suicide by Hanging." I don't find a grave memorial for him at Evergreen Cemetery, but I suspect he should be there.

What you may not be aware of is that Nathaniel Thomas has a wikipedia page at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nathaniel_Thomas_(Massachusetts_judge)
I would like your permission to take that picture and upload it to Wikipedia, with you credited, and attached it to Nathaniel Thomas' Wikipedia page.
Please let me know if you are OK with this. I will not do so unless you approve.

|karen goldman||David Nye- b. 1738|
I am assisting a friend in her family research and I have come across some conflicting information that I hope you can help me with.
According to your Find A Grave memorial for David Nye, he was born to Issac Nye. I have found several references that his parents are David Nye and Elizabeth Briggs. With his father, David, being the son of Jonathan Nye and Patience.
Rochester MA birth records list David and Elizabeth as parentage as well as North American Families.
I just want to correct my research if mine is incorrect. Where did you locate the birth for David?
Thanks for your help!

|Sandra Lennox||John E Morrison|
Thank you for the EXCELLENT photo for my
memorial of John E. Morrison.
I think you are good at reading transcriptions and
am wondering if you could do me a favor.
I believe I have the wrong year of death on
his memorial. The town of Plymouth has May 12,
1883. I have 1881, which I believe I read wrong.
The reason I want to know for sure (besides having
a correct year of death) is I found an article
while at the library looking through microfilm.
It is about a John E. Morrison of Plymouth
found floating on the docks at Elizabethport,
NJ. He was a steward of the schooner Solomon Washburn.
His memorial number is: 76729070.
Thank you in advance,
|Linda||Mary Tarrant Robbins and Isaac Robbins|
Looks like the memorial numbers that should remain are:
Mary Robbins Memorial # 5649124
Isaac Robbins Memorial # 5649004
