You are welcome, Jim. Most of my time on here has been adding records lately. Like you, I found my husband's biological father's family on Ancestry, and it opened a whole new world. I've been adding them here and to the family tree. We had almost no info before and have been looking forever! Best regards.

I am struggling to find an ancestor and was wondering if you had any insight for me.
My ancestor is the daughter of James C. and Sarah J. Lucas, found on the US 1850 Census in Washington, Indiana. You photographed a grave in Hawkins Prairie Cemetery in Washington for a Sarah J Lucas who died in 1852. But there were two Sarah Lucas' of about the same age living in Washington in 1850. One is James' wife, and the other is his sister. Is there any way to discover which one the grave is for?

Thank you, Jim. You are probably right that they don't have stones.

Hi Jim. Sorry it took so long. I just transferred the three Mattler's from Indianapolis to you, as you had requested.

You questioned where he was buried. FamilySearch has an entry for John Henry Dorsyberry, "Florida, Deaths, 1877-1939 that gives his death as 23 May 1929 in Arcadia, FL with burial in Oak Ridge Cem. on 24 May 1929. His wife is listed as Mary Ann. Find A Grave has similar data that don't perfectly agree. Mary Ann is not listed as a wife, but apparently he was married twice before. A 1920 census shows him and wife Mary A in Arcadia. Her sister Mattie is with them. This makes me fairly positive that it is him.

I linked Gary to his parents; please check to make sure I have them right. I couldn't read the dates from your photo -- maybe you can send the DOB to me. Thanks.
