Elijah Grover
I stay with in the guidelines for transfer. They do not fall in the guidelines for transfer. Grover is my grandmothers line and I have not been able to trace them I relay do not know if they are her family. She has half brothers and sisters on her dads side.

I Think he was Gorge W. In the census they lived in
Swanville, Waldo, Maine and Belfast, Waldo, Maine. I hit a brick wall with them.

Milnes family
Hello Revae, My son in law is related to this family and I happen to have a COPY of a Grover family picture of Stephen, his wife, Sarah, and their children. Also in the picture is Sarah's sister and Guy E. Milnes. It was taken around the turn of the 20th century. I was wondering if you had this picture. Fran

RE: Peter and Melinda Turner
Oh Revae! Oh, how thankful I am to know of someone interested in this family, even if our interest is from the opposite sides, I am a cousin of Peter Turner via his mother, Ann (Gilmore) Turner/Mrs. Samuel, who was a sister of my Gr. Gr. Grandmother, Mary Jane (Gilmore) Collins. Would love to touch base with each other again, later next week? HAPPY EASTER !

RE: Kirks
Yes, I did and thank you so much. I also have some Kirk family photographs that I will send you. In one group picture I can only identify Maria Kirk. Maybe you will recognize the others. If so, please let me know. I will try to get them sent tomorrow.

Thanks again,

RE: William and Maria Miller Kirk

William and Maria Kirk are my second great grand-parents. My great grandmother was their daughter Maria K. Kirk. Maria K. Kirk married Joseph Porter, and their son was my grandfather, Edwin Carl Porter. According to my chart, that makes us third cousins once removed. I am always delighted to find another relative. Thank you,I would love to have their obituaries. I have pictures of their graves that I will try and post here on findagrave. Do you have any information on Maria Miller Kirk's parents or where she was born? She is one of my brick walls.
