I have been working on recording cemetery records for years along with my very busy schedule as a special education teacher and several other things I volunteer for. Since I have loved ones all over, I am excited by the opportunity to have a virtual cemetery I can use to honor my loved ones.
I have been very excited to find the graves of several relatives, such as my father's little brother that died as an infant and whose grave was not visited by us since it was in Canada.
I come from a large family, with many of my relatives working hard on genealogy for generations. My husband's family had very little done so I have concentrated my efforts mostly on his family. I look forward to passing on this treasure to my three children and their children.
I also look forward to sharing this web site with other family members, including my husband's family that have the same passion for family history that I do.

You will need to go through each memorial's suggest a correction form, this will ensure that the correct memorials are being worked on or transferred.

We are direct decendants of George Gates. Coming off of his son John Liversedge Gates and wife Sarah Maria Liversedge. I would like to maintain his memorial please. He will still be linked up with Harriet. All of his wives are not listed ,and the bio does not do justice to this incredible pioneer. You have done a incredible job on find a grave! ;) | | | Rhonda

P.S. I love how you did the links for all children including stepchildren. Along the same lines, I especially loved it when the siblings also had links on a memorial when there were several mothers and one father. It makes it easier to get to them and understand how they all fit into the family.

Thank you Eileen for the clarification. I thought you were talking about the younger James Hanley O'Brien and you were talking about Thomas H. O'Brien. I hope some day the mystery is solved of who his parents are etc.
Did I add him on your tree on ancestry? We need to change his father and/or both parents on ancestry. Did Jane actually take care of him or did her mother take care of him and where was it writen. (I have not read their histories lately as I am currently working on another family line). I am confused to where I actually got Thomas H. O'Brien's name etc.
Thanks so much for all the info and clarifications. Now for the next matter that you had also contacted me about. The new info about John Fisher. I added the wonderful rewritten history to findagrave and added that you (Eileen) rewrote the history including new info found by Perry Hacking. I added the source at the end of the bio (on Find A Grave). Did I understand that source correctly?

Hi again Eileen,
The more I think about your message to me I think you misread my message. I had that the yonger James Hanley O'Brien's parents were her daughter, Jane Hacking and James Hanley O'Brien.I never put that the older Jane Pearson Fisher was the mother.
But since it was confusing I deleted that part so it won't get mistaken again.

The memorial for Jane Pearson Fisher that I made was not very clear why I even had James Hanley O'Brien on her page. I did not mention anything except his birth and death dates and it has been so long since I did this memorial that I don't remember if I claimed that she raised him. I had that his parents were her daughter, Jane Hacking and James Hanley O'Brien. I have the younger James Hanley O'brien date of birth as 29 Dec 1863 and if that is true then he is the son of James Hanley O'Brien. What date do you have for the younger James Hanley O'Brien (that you claim was born after the James Hanley O'Brien died)?
The other information you sent I did know but assumed you wanted me to add it to her memorial so I did with your name below it.I am currently working on my Taggart family line for my uncle.
