Bio and Links
Bio Photo ATTENTION: If you are going to comment or email me personally, please remember your manners. I don't take kindly to rude and abusive people who attack without provocation. Remember to be kind. You get what you give :)
-----------------------
I'm working on photographing the whole of the Greenlawn Cemtery in Nahant. I've already got 1 section completely done (front right, when facing cemetery), with about 3 more sections to go. I've posted all that I've taken so far, i believe, and will post more when the weather allows for the outings. I have also photographed all of Jennings Cemetery in Statesville, TN and Williams Cemetery in Norene, TN, and am working on other cemeteries in the Watertown, TN area. I will edit and post as time allows. These are always ongoing projects.
-----------------------
Most of the memorials I submit, will eventually have gravestone photos, and more complete information. I just start by entering the bare essentials, then work on some bio info, adding family links, then work on editing photos to submit. I'm severely backlogged on the photos, sorry.
------
If you would like to make corrections to any of my memorials, please use the Suggest Correction feature, and give me full details. If you wish to dispute my information, please provide your source, so i can verify that my information is incorrect. If you wish to add bio info to a memorial, instead of just hard facts, use the suggest feature and state clearly what you would like me to do. i will likely copy and paste it just as you write it.

If you would like me to transfer a memorial to you, please use the Suggest Correction feature for that as well. If I am not family or researching them in some way, then I will gladly do so. I DO NOT insist that you must be family to get a transfer, just that you have an interest in taking *and maintaining* responsibility for it.
------
Note: I have a strong interest in all of the families in the town of Nahant, Massachusetts, and with most of the town of Harpswell, Maine. These are areas that I find are highly interconnected with my direct lines, so I have just started to study the whole towns. I'm also very interested in the surnames of Blaisdell and McGonigle (and all variations), I'm am always on the lookout for any listings.

John E and Sarah E Chase, Swampscott Cemetery
Hi Allyssa,

I've just posted a photo of Sarah E. and John E. Chase's grave marker. There were two names inscribed on the other side, Grace Richardson and Edith Allen Bowes. I posted a pic of that side on Edith Allen Bowes' memorial.

I also took photos of presumably three of John and Sarah's children, John d.1867 and Herbert and Hattie who each died in 1887. I'd be happy to send you those photos or post them to a memorial if you create them.

thank you
After Ruth was missing her marker for a while I had thought there might not be one coming. Thank you for this. I have updated the family files with this marker.

I am descended from this line through their daughter, Elizabeth Kirk who married George Alfred Williamson. I have information from a family bible dating back a few generations and would like to connect with anyone researching these lines. Feel free to contact me at handot67@yahoo.com. Helen Fink

Jerimaih Johnson
FYI I found his grave in Bridgewater, NH with his wife and father and mother. He is buried in the Turnpike Cemetary Bridgewater, NH not in Massachusetts as memorial states. So the picture of the cemetary should be of turnpike cemetary not the Woodland.

I have notified the original contributor and notified her of the mistake.

Hi,
I realize that it is a duplicate but whoever "A Seeker" is has messages disabled so I cannot be sure all the biographical information or the photos can get transferred. I have tried several times to send on bio information to this person to be added which is one of the reasons for the duplicates. I feel if you are going to enter someone on this site you should be available to make changes once they are located and this person does not seem to want to do this! So, I will be leaving this one up as a duplicate. Thanks for contacting me.

RE: McGonagle
McGonagle
You posted a photo for Janice McGonagle 54560542. I've posted the memorials for the 2 kin listed on the stone. 74639174 and 74639266. Should I post photo requests for them, for you to fill? or would you like me to handle it a different way? Thank you.

I thought I replied to the above but have not seen the Photo Request made yet. I suggest you just click "Request A Photo" on each of those memorials.
Thank You, Bob

Nellie May and Willam A. Cummings
Hi,
Nellie May was my Grandmother Elizabeth May Miller (Cummings) Aunt from Nahant and Lynn MA. Growing up I was told how much I looked like her from Ruth Andrews (Cummings). This was my fathers Aunt, who we were very close too, and was born in Lynn? and remembers her.
I don't see Nellie's Brother, William Arthur Cummings My Great Grandfather, who married Minnie V. Keene in your Ancestry.
Have you found anything more out about Thomas (Sampson) C. Cummings birth parents, or any further info about his birth cert. or date???
Is Salem MA, a possibility you mentioned, and could you fill me in why please?
I believe we are possibly cousins. 4-6 removed?
(Since we Share a Common Great,Great,Grandfather John H. Cummings?)
Thanks so much in Advance for your time in reading this, and your Research in the Cummings Line!!! It has helped me and others who are new to this record it all!
Also, from Ruth sharing the story of being Pilgrim Relatives. I was able to record my findings and Prove this accurate with Nellie and William's Line through the Mass. Mayflower Society!
Minnie Keene's line, also had Pilgrim ties too which I verified with the Historians!
Thanks Again,
