My profile would be boring, so I won't bother (you can visit my dad Mitzie the Clown instead) ... and I won't list a bunch of do this and do that's. "Help with Find A Grave" has all that.... assuming you've read them. |
With sand fleas and no-see-ums biting, dodging bee's, garden snakes, and one territorial hawk - armed with a pocket full of batteries - I've swept the dirt, trimmed the grass, blown off the leaves and dug out the forgotten stones. Each one will tell you a story; of love, laughter and sadness.
I take pictures. Lots of pictures. Good ones, bad ones. wyswyg. Am slowly fixin' the really bad ones. Meanwhile you will know that there is a stone. You may use MY picture(s) any way you want, with the exception of re-posting them on Find A Grave. It is my gift to you. No further permission is needed, NOR credit given. This applies to MY PHOTO's ONLY. If you feel you must give credit, use my member ID# only - my name is plastered all over the www as it is.
Many contributors have given their time creating memorials for the men and women who lost their lives in service. I would like to bring attention to just this one:
2nd Lieut. Darrell K. Stoyke
Please, take a moment and visit his memorial. If the people of Eyguieres, France can build a memorial in the center of town to honor him, surely you can take a moment and visit his grave. If you have any information on this young man, please contact me. Thank you.
If you've left me a "thank you" - You are very welcome. I really am glad I was able to help you. Now go back to that memorial you were so happy to find and leave a Flower, a Note, some Cheetos. Anything. Show them you care and they are not forgotten.

Thank you, Jaci. Beautiful day. I have been working with the cemetery office to locate these graves and will get more information later this week. Sorry you went looking for one with no stone.

WOW that was fast! Thank you Jaci
|John S. Sims||Thank You|
I was hoping that his marker would verify military service and it did not. I still appreciate the photo.
|Janice Hollandsworth||Philip Anderson|
Thank you for the photo of his marker. I appreciate it.
|John Lind||RE: re: Victor Lind|
Sure, you can replace the photo if the one you have shows the whole stone.

Jaci . Thanks for the photo. It allowed me to leave a Masonic Memorial for George H Wallin, will also do the same for your Father

Thanks you . I appreciate the response
Thanks for posting the photos I requested so quickly! If you get a chance to go look at Lewis and Grace Collins memorials again, I have posted their photo from our family collection. If you are like me, you enjoy seeing the faces that go with the graves we photograph! Also, we did not know Earl Collins was married before he died, so your extra info was greatly appreciated!

Thank you for transferring Harold's memorial. I will add information and family connections.
|Beth Koskie||Mitzi the clown|
Does your dad know Buddercup the clown? That would be my husband ... thanks for the photo on Olaus Hovelsrud's grave!
