Bio and Links
Bio Photo I began my family search when my youngest daughter asked me to write down what I knew about the Rowe Family in 1999. I am now hopelessly addicted. There are hundreds of headstone photos in my collection that I just don't have time to submit right now.
I am a F-A-G photo volunteer for the Saint Paul area.💮

RE: Wanda Mayo
Yepper... you have to love it when a plan comes together!

If I'm honest I have to admit that I hadn't noticed the timing... I'm sure you would have found the details as you continued walking down your path.

I'm glad we had a chance to collaborate! "PJ"

RE: Wanda Mayo
No wizardry involved...I've got access to Ancestry.com and knew she was married to Horace Mann Mayo. The Ancestry.com search engine did all of the "heavy lifting" in finding the records so all I had to do was a bit of "cut & paste" of records to send to you.

Horace was the one I was primarily searching for, since I was looking to honor a fellow Navy man. But I know how much difference a wife makes in a good man's life, so I thought I'd look what was available. Once I found her information I knew enough, I thought, to find her parents.

AFTER I send the links to you for Wanda's parents I realized that there are duplicate entries (submitted three months apart)... & unfortunately I linked one of what should be the "right one" with other spouse. Once I spotted this, I submitted a not to the person who inadvertently created the duplicate to let her know about it. Following Find A Grave protocols she should delete the duplicates, but hasn't yet.

You might want to keep an eye on this memorial to see that you don't end up an invalid link.

RE: James W Huron
No worries! So far her obituary has said one thing, her church records have said another thing, and now Minnie has said something entirely different. lol. I'm sure that somewhere in there lies the truth. Do you happen to know any of her siblings, other than Hannah Arnold?

Thanks,
Sandie

RE: James W Huron
Hi Bob,
Thanks so much! The memorial # you gave me was for Phoebe, but I got the link to James. I should know Minnie Kraft, the name sounds familiar. However, so far the research I have shows Bridget McCarty was from Limmerick, not Cork. But I may be wrong.

Thanks again!

Sandie
