Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am happy to fill requests for many of the local cemeteries including Fort Snelling, Oakland, Roselawn, Elmhurst, and Forest Lawn. You are welcome to request a photo by leaving a message on my contributor page.

I was a professional photographer for eleven years and a few years ago I found that I enjoy photographing cemeteries. Most important to me is that others are able to see a picture of a loved one's grave.

Please feel free to use any of my gravestone photos for your personal use. It would be best to credit the photo back to me for the simple fact that others may be interested in knowing the origin of the photo. Please do not use personal photos without my permission.

If you would like a memorial transferred to you, I would prefer that you use the Edit button in order to make sure the correct person is transferred to you.

Aina Emma Lund
Hi Christina:

My great aunt Aina Emma (Hammond) Lund died in the flu epidemic in Winnipeg in 1918. She is buried in Elmwood cemetery there, Plot 3 - G1275. I see from your description that her name is wrong (it is Anna but should be Aina) and there is no birth date. She was born in West Hartlepool in County Durham, England in 1882. I am sure that your record is accurately recorded, but the info is wrong! Is there any way this can be corrected in your records for accuracy's sake?
Thanks for your dedication; it helps so many of us doing our ancestral research.
Peter

Joseph Harby
Hello Christina - I am the grand daughter of Joseph and Elsie Jean Gair (buried in Elmwood) whose Find A Grave Memorials you set up a while back. Thanks to you and Find A Grave I have found other family memorials here and I am hoping you can help me once more. I am searching for my Grandpa Joe's Aunt Ethel Victoria Stammers Harby presently and by a stroke of luck I found an obit for her husband, Joseph William Harby, and it states he is to be buried in Elmwood Cemetery...everyone else in the family was so why not :) I do not see a listing for him on the Find A Grave 'Elmwood" page and I am wondering if you still have access to the burial papers/books would you be so kind to look and see if there was a Joseph William Harby buried there after August 25th (death date) 1937. All at your convenience.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my request :) Have a wonderful day!!

Hi Christina,
I am writing you from Croatia and recently I found out that my grand grand .. father has been burried in Hastings Insane Asylum Cementary...

Would you be so kind to share the photo of his grave with me. That would mean a lot to me..
Also, if you could help me with any useful info on how to get some of his medical data/reports.. how he died and similar.

Many thanks!
