I am working on Service men of North West Alabama (Lauderdale Co, Colbert Co. Franklin Co., Lawrence Co., Morgan Co, Limestone Co & Madison Co., Al who served in CSA, World War I,II, Korea, Vietnam, Persian Gulf & Military Service (if you know of any or have tombstone with info on them let me know so I can add to my virtual cemeteries.
Soldiers whom lived, served or buried in Alabama.

Dr Thomas Clark Morton Born in Lamar Co !850. Died in Birmingham Ala Sept 27, 1922. information says buried in Millport Alabama but cannot find out where. nor any info on his father Thomas Morton. Addition do you know where Vivians son Frank Womble is? My husband served with him

On Margaret W Clemmons English's site, you have J. Charlie English as her spouse. He was a son (married Lillie M Cox).John Simpson English was her husband, who is also buried at Hill Cemetery. Thanks, Norma English Fowlkes

I notice that you show Savannah Wood and Jim (James>) Joiner, a Primitive Baptist miniister, as the parents of Edna Joiner Parker. Could you reveal the source of your information for Edna's parents? Are you related? I an trying to trace descendants of Georgia Ann Virginia Pool Wood who I believe was the mother of Savannah. I would appreciate any information you may be willing to share concerning this family. --JNolin
