Winfield State Home Cemetery
Cowley County, KS
I thought you might like to know that this couple has memorials in the Highland Cemetery, Winfield, Cowley County, KS. There is also a photo of their gravestone. Their memorial numbers are 52971533 & 52971527. Since these would be duplicates I thought you would want to know.

We visited St. Mary's, Bryantown, searching for this ancestor's grave b. 1645, d. 1716. We could not find a marker. Apparently there is not one or it is not readable, as you did not post a photo. The records were no help either as they do not go back far enough.
We assumed that Thomas was buried at St. Mary's as it was the closest church in the area. I know that you have the will posted, but I could not find reference there to St. Mary's. Thomas was married at St. Mary's apparently.
Can you give me any specifics you have as to whether Thomas' plot is there at the church and the location. This date is so far back, perhaps you had to make a logical assumption too, as we did?
Thank you so much.

Sent you an email. In case it doesn't reach you....
I saw your entry on findagrave for Elizabeth Pierson Rogers Christie. Do you have a close up of the headstone? I notice that the picture on there now doesn't show anything but has white text that give a different birth year than what you listed in the findagrave entry. Do you know what is actually on the stone? Also I'd love to know where you got that picture of her. Do you have any more of her or the Rogers family? I'm descended from her daughter Mahala Rogers Hughes.
Oddly enough I notice there is another entry in that cemetery for an Elizabeth Christie. This one died in 1882. Wife of Lemmon Christie. Are we sure these are two different stones?

Your Find A Grave Memorial# 53124501 for Richard Eidson (1811-1864). Can you tell me if you have a copy of his death certificate and if his death certificate lists his parents. Where did you find his parents information? ~Thank you!

I placed a request (second below) requesting information about memorial 76799403 in the White Family Cemetery in White County, TN on Jan 14, 2015 and did not yet receive a response to my request. I also made an online request to you for the same purpose and again did not receive a response. So this is my third request inquiring for your reason for creating that memorial. My next request (after a reasonable wait) will be to Find A Grave to get that removal accomplished. Thank You, Ralph Franks, Creator and Manager of White family cemetery in White County Tennessee

Can you tell me where you got the information for the births and deaths of Benjamin and Ann? I found Benyamin's will in York Co. PA, written 9/19/1795 and proven 2/15/1803. The will does not mention his wife Ann at all which is unusual if the wife was still alive when the will was written.
I have a copy of their marriage so I know they were married.
I appreciate any information you can provide.

Mr. Bauer, Please tell me what information you used that led you to create memorial #76799403 for Thomas Lovelady in the family cemetery of John White, first settler and namesake of White County, TN. You say that Mr. Lovelady died in White County. That does not mean he was buried in a cemetery having the White name.Even if it did, there are more than one cemeteries in White County that has the word White in their name and some of them are not yet listed in Find A Grave.Creating memorials in this manner is very detrimental to the overall concept and purpose of Find A Grave. Please respond back to me and remove this memorial from the cemetery of our county's namesake. Thank You
