 | RE: Forest Hill Confederate Cemetery-Quantrill first thing is you have the wrong cemetery for quantrill. Part of his body in buried in higginsville, mo.( confederate cemetery I think its called). No part of him is in forest hill. The old photo in higginsville, mo, has a plaque next to it that may have some names on it, I do not remember. The lion carved into the stone...they took that idea/photo from Lucerne switzerland. Its a real carving of a lion, it also has a pond of water in front of it. Ive been to lucern, and saw it. | | | Tom Stonehunter
 | RE: Peter Shollenbarger You're welcome. You might find additional ancestors buried at the St Peters Church Cemetery. There were spelling variations on several gravestones; Shellenbarger, Shollenberger and Shullenberger; and there were two marriages where Shollenberger maidens were involved. Full index is posted on FindAGrave. In 2009 the entire cemetery was photographed and archived. Low resolution photos are available at http://ohiogravestones.org/cemetery.php?cemID=2299
