■ Use the "Suggest a Correction" feature on the appropriate memorial to submit information or any requests. I follow the Find-A-Grave guidelines regarding the transfer of memorials. Any transfer requests should only be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. |
■ If you send me a request for transfer of a memorial, please explain exactly how you are related to the person. Thanks.
■ Find A Grave's primary purpose is a graves registration website.
■ Find A Grave's secondary purpose is a memorialization/remembrance site.
■ Find A Grave's tertiary purpose is a genealogical resource. If a listing or contribution corresponds with only the primary purpose, it has fulfilled its part of Find A Grave's mission and is not required to correspond with the secondary and tertiary purposes. Fulfilling the other two is welcomed, encouraged and deeply appreciated, but as far as Find A Grave's purpose goes, a memorial page isn't lacking if it does not.
I live in Cheyenne, WY. Love the hunt for interesting history in my area.
My goal in Find-A-Grave is to compose the best memorials I can for the people I am honoring. I add as many people as I possibly can to Find-A-Grave and then, as time permits, I do what I can to link them with their relatives and I also add an obituary or write as much of a biography as I can based on available records and information.
I welcome your reviews of the memorials I have posted, and I welcome any information you might provide to help compose the best memorials we can.

If you have the newspaper articles, would you be kind enough to send them to help me tell if I am related? My email address is email@example.com
I understand not going out to take pictures in the snow. It is still trying to melt here. Thank you for all of your help.

I live in Weston County and would love to photograph the graves at the above mentioned Cemetery! Can you tell me where this is at and I will seek permission from the owner!
|Laura Hermann||Joe Kalasinsky|
Thank you for letting me know my memorial for Joseph F. Kalasinsky was a duplicate, I have deleted it. Also, thank you for posting his son's memorial who just passed Feb. 27th and linking it to his father. "Little Joe" is my second cousin.

I was wondering if you could double check the spelling of the last name. I believe that maybe it should be Siefken, an e instead of an i.
I believe that I may be related to them.

No problem! I try to make the pictures pretty, since I know it's important to people. The photojournalist in me wouldn't have them looking all ugly!!

Oh great! I can do that tomorrow morning. I guess I just didn't look hard enough. :) My bad, sorry! I was finally able to get to the cemetery to take pictures after most of the snow melted, yay!

Hello! I've added a picture for Harriet Wingate and have a picture for a relative George C. Wingate 1899-1968 (not sure if husband or brother, etc) that is next to her, but he does not seem to have a memorial yet. Would you like the picture? Thanks! Liz
