Been busy with "Books for Soldiers" project, and |
"All Veterans Remembered".
Photo is Mugsy Oliver Maxwell.
It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow,due to a very cruel, younger female in Hobbs,that lacks integrity and NO sign of a heart we no longer have Mugsy.
"Oh heart, if one should say to you that the soul perishes like the body, answer that the flower withers, but the seed remains." -
“The Moving Finger writes: and, having writ,
Moves on: nor all your Piety nor Wit
Shall lure it back to cancel half a Line,Nor all your Tears wash out a Word of it.”
Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam
When Earth's last picture is painted and the tubes are twisted and dried,
When the oldest colours have faded, and the youngest critic has died,
We shall rest, and, faith, we shall need it -- lie down for an aeon or two,
Till the Master of All Good Workmen shall put us to work anew!
And those that were good shall be happy: they shall sit in a golden chair;
They shall splash at a ten-league canvas with brushes of comets' hair;
They shall find real saints to draw from -- Magdalene, Peter, and Paul;
They shall work for an age at a sitting and never be tired at all!
And only the Master shall praise us, and only the Master shall blame;
And no one shall work for money, and no one shall work for fame,
But each for the joy of the working, and each, in his separate star,
Shall draw the Thing as he sees It for the Good of Things as They Are!
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul,
O, yes we trust that somehow good,
Will be the final goal of all.

Hello your posting on Find a Grave for an ancestor of mine, Mary Taylor Early Yearout. I've been unable to find any information other than her marriage. You are credited with posting her death and burial. The cemetery you list is one in which many of my ancestors are buried, but her death would pre-date any family member known in Maryville, TN. As you may image, I'm excited with what this could mean! The church at the cemetery has moved. Can you share with me where you found the information?

Would you like me to transfer the memorial to you. Made correction. If you know where parents buried I will connect. Thanks Patty

I will be transferring this memorial to you along with a puzzle. I located a Homer B Coundiff in Florida with Mem #117613423. There is also another Coundiff Mem #124664994 that has no cemetery linked to the memorial. I think this is the same individual and probably the father of Maxine as you have listed but have no records to substantiate my conclusion. In addition the first memorial is a dual memorial with Memorial #117613469 which could be Homer's wife or daughter. I believe it is his wife but again no supporting documentation. As I enjoy taking photos, I leave the solving of the puzzle up to you.
