I will no longer take action on transfer requests sent to me any way other than using the "EDITS TAB" on memorials I have entered. I'm open to transferring the management of memorials, providing the memorials are not in my direct line and fall close to the FAG relationship guidelines "more can be negotiable"|
For me, Find A Grave is about Honoring the persons we create memorials for. It should NOT just be a NUMBERS GAME.
*****"PLEASE (Out of respect) do not post death certificates on any memorials I have "created" or "maintain" as the information on death certificates is not always accurate and the "Cause Of Death" does not need to be seen "THANK YOU"*****
Genealogy, begins as an interest, becomes a hobby, continues as an avocation and in the last stages, is an incurable disease.

I firmly believe that no one, no matter how "minor" he or she may have been, should EVER be forgotten.
I believe it is our duty to honor our ancestors, carry on their traditions, and never forget them. One way to do this is by visiting their resting place either in person or through their Memorials on Find A Grave.

|Betty McConnell||RE: J C Wright|
Yes, he's buried at Oak Grove. She has been living with her son in South Carolina but left instructions to be brought back to Irving to be buried there because he was there. I know that JC's funeral had to be handled by Brown's funeral home in Irving because they handled Lucy's. They used to have their obits on the internet but now they only have the most recent years and he died in 2004. Let me know if I can help in any way.

I have attended the funeral today of Lucille M. "Lucy" Wright. You already have entered her entry into Find-A-Grave. However, I can not locate the entry for her husband J C Wright who died in 2004. I am hoping that since you entered Lucy's file that you also issued J C's. These wonderful people were member of our church (First United Methodist) and that is my interest. I would really like to see the other record. Can you help me?

Off the certificate of death filed in Texas. Shows sallie on her husbands death certificate but shows Sarah on her death certificate. Both at the same home address

I understand, we have been fighting them too. I think with a wet summer that we have had, they got bigger and badder. Thank you
