Thank you from the Farrar family for taking your time to photograph the Farrar headstone. We appreciate all you time and effort it took to get the good pictures. We are grateful for you for posting one photo on the memorial page to leave room for family pictures that we are seeking.
Have a wonderful Day!

|WMitch6||Joann Babcock Brown|
How confident are you that Joann Brown (Find A Grave #41381949)was a daughter of John Babcock and that she was born in 1776 in Hoosick, NY?
I know that Babcock had daughters (unnamed in his will) but if she is his daughter I think she would probably have been born in RI. According to a Babcock family history John was in RI in 1775 (land records) "At the close of the Revolutionary War John Babcock and his brother Ichabod and families left Rhode Island and removed to Alburgh, VT'.
Ichabod is in Alburgh by 1790 (census) and John by 1792 (Freeman's Oath).
