Hello Carol,
you created a memorial for her husband Alexander and also placed a picture of the tombstone on his memorial. Our suggestion was to simply also post the picture on Ruth's memorial. At a later date if you want to get a picture with updated dates that would be fine, (not in this cold weather however).
