Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello! As an adult I didn't start meeting my family until the late 90's. I met my 2nd cousin who gave me a paper copy of the tree she had worked on for 20 years to help me understand who was related to who. Once I started to add my mother's side of the family I found myself hooked!

My Family Lines:

Dads: Duffy (Duffie) / Lally / Pierce / Bolton

Moms: Spannagel / Macy / Figgins (Feagans) / Bovard

Would enjoy talking to anyone in these family lines. I'm happy to help with questions or share family photos.

Whenever I'm out filling a photo request I try to find other family members. I also take photos of as many headstones as I can hoping to connect the family or thier family will find them. You may use any headstone photo I've taken or info I've researched and added for your family tree.

Happy to transfer any family member just ask - unless of course the person is directly related to me.

May you fill all the branches and leaves in your family tree!

RE: 77833321 Hilaria Carrillo Avilez
Thank you so much for the transfer, I have already started the updates. And again, thank you so much for taking part in caring about graves that aren't related to you. I am now addicted as well to connecting others to their deceased loved ones.

77833321 Hilaria Carrillo Avilez
Hilaria Carillo Avilez is our direct ancestor(we are GGG grandchildren of hers). Her son Pedro Avilez is also our direct ancestor and he had several children, a few which are not mentioned in her bio. In fact only our direct ancestor (Pedro) is listed with some of his children. She has 6 more children besides just my ancestor Pedro. I also have a large family portrait with Hilario, her son Pedro, and several of her grandchildren, again some that are not mentioned in her bio. I am currently working on this part of our family tree and connecting them. By chance have you had any success with locating her son Pedro's grave? I am having a hard time locating him. Curious if you have any connections with the descendants of any of her other children and if you could connect me with them. I would love to work on an updated bio for her as well as Pedro if anyone has come across his gravesite.
Thank you, Jackye

G Spannagel
I was able to find a family tombstone for Spannagel but I am having a really hard time reading the stone. On one side it states a Amanda Spannagel wife of AA Spannagel then on the next side it says Clara A Spannagel the the last side is really hard to read but I think the date is 1862. I would like to send this to you before it is posted to insure it is the correct stone. Please send me your e-mail address if you would like to see this stone.
Thank you, Cindy

Silvanus Jenkins Macy Jr
I was curious about Silvanus Jenkins Macy, Jr. You have him dying in 1931 on his father's memorial but he died shortly before his mother did in 1869 by Quaker records. He also doesnt appear in the 1870 census with his father. I have seen records for a man named Silvanus Jenkins Macy Jr but didnt know his parentage. I was curious how you linked him back to Silvanus and caroline Macy. I am a distant cousin of Caroline Ridgway Macy.

RE: Macy
Barachiah Macy, born Nantucket Feb 24th, 1766, was one of many Macys who moved to NC, and that's where he married Lucinda Barnard. He was 5th generation. You and I are connected through the 3rd gen., through Barachiah's grandfather, John Macy Jr, b. ca 1675, died Nov 28, 1751. I cannot help you with your more recent relatives as our branches are so distant. If you want to know about Barachiah's descendants down to 1868, I recommend Silvanus J. Macy's book Macy Genealogy.
