Thank you so much for taking time to get this photo .
|Dan Phelan||Maurice Bowen, Sr. photo--Thanks!|
Thanks so much for the great photos of the monument for Maurice Bowen, Sr., and his wife Frances.
Did you by any chance see a monument or marker for his son Maurice Bowen, Jr.? He was killed in action in WWII in Europe in a B-17, and is supposedly buried in that same cemetery--presumably with or near his parents.
Please see Memorial# 112583099
Thanks very much for the help,

You're most welcome. Tried to remove "Cabarrus," but got an error message. I'd probably just stick with "North Carolina," if there's some verification of the state. Cabarrus Co. didn't exist in 1774. It was formed in 1792 from Mecklenburg County. Hope this helps.

|Shari D. Pullon||David Porter Beard 1828-1838|
I would like to let you know so you may make the correction on the parentage of David. His father is correct, Joseph Wallace Beard but his mother was the (1) wife of Joseph, Lurenna Neel, b. 1804 d. 1838. Her death was two days before Davids. There is a 3rd child for (2) Hannah Sloan, named Nancy Lurena "Nannie", b. 1843 whom I have already entered as such.
Could you please reconnect David to his mother Lurenna when she appears.
Thank you, A family member

Hi! Noticed you sponsored his memorial, so transferred it to you. Glad to have found somebody who knew him.

Do you know if you can hunt down the obit/pic for John Mitchell Abbott (15185637) & his wife, Rosa Blanche Abbott (maiden name was Allen)? I'm doing a family tree and would love to add them. They were my maternal grandfather's maternal grandparents.
