Sorry to say many burial grounds in Charleston have been built over and no records ever made,other than the city death records, most were old salts and paupers.
Family names researching, Kanapaux, Griser, Brunson, Keegan. All these families are from Charleston, SC.
I am a Real Great-Grandaughter of Capt. John T. Kanapaux, CSA and great- niece to his four brothers that also served. A member of United Daughters of the Confederacy, Chapter 4 in Charleston and a life member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
