RE: Fehl pics
Just to let you know that I put the grave markers back to the position and condition I found them. The inscription side of the marker, facing down to the ground seems to preserve the clarity of the writing. Ken

I just wanted to thank you for doing her memorial page. I've had trouble finding any information on my great grandfather's first wife and now I finally know when she died and where she is thanks to you. Thank you!

Is her maiden name really the same as her married name? I have a Frances Seubert in my family but don't know her husbands name so I am just checking. Found that interesting.

RE: Tink?
Hi Julie - Well my best friends husband one day just started calling me Tinkerbell. Maybe because I love fairies? Anyway, that then went on to become Tinker and then finally Tink and it has stuck. I never had a nickname I liked until now. Mainly they all call me Tink and I think some people don't even know my name because I am always introduced as Tink. Even her kids kids now call me Tink. I don't care - I love it. Thanks!

RE: Fayette Withey
Thanks for the info. One of these days I may have to go to the library. As to Fayette, are both of those stones his? The request I got was for Sgt Withey but the stone I found has Capt on it. If you know it was for the Fayette we got the request for then I will put it on his memorial.

Also the office has given me people that are in the mausoleum. I just take a picture of the mausoleum and put that on the memorial. I asked if I could get in there one time but she said no, that it is always locked. Didn't know it wasn't owned by Pine Grove. wow. Thanks!

Mausoleum Records
I see that you are looking for records for the mausoleum. They are located at the Marathon County Historical Society. The office has a key, but normally only allows family members in who normally have their own key. Hope this helps.

Fayette Withey
Hi - I take photos in the Wausau area alot and I was wondering where you found Fayette since you didn't put what block or lot he was in as a caption for you photo. I also got a photo request for him. I asked the office where he was buried and they gave me block 5 lot 41. They usually tell me when they have more than one person with the same name. I did find an upright headstone but with no dates on it for Fayette. But this one said he was a Capt in Co 85 NY Inf. I was wondering where you got the info to find the stone for Fayette that you took?

Also I took some photos yesterday and when I went to put them on I see you did already and I am glad you did. It was bright sun yesterday and so I had trouble getting a good picture. Yours were alot better than mine. Glad you got them.
