"I Wish You Enough!" |
I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you enough "Hello's" to get you through the final "Goodbye."

Every grave, no matter how elaborate or simple a headstone might be, there is a story for each soul buried in the Mother Earth. Always trying my best to find a little something about each persons grave that I come across to add with a photo of their grave site, no matter if they are related to me or not. They were much more than a date on a stone.
PLEASE, PLEASE click on the photos, documents or notes that I place on a memorial page. You will see the photos enlarge and 98% of the time, additional information will be found. ESPECIALLY, if I did not create the page. Many people refuse to transfer memorial pages when they easily could be brought up to date.

Thank you for updating the Webber Family. It is through folks like you that makes this site so much more rewarding.
|Stephanie||Mary Ellen Levesque Latulip|
WOW! I am forever grateful that you added pictures of Mary Ellen Latulip. How did you come to those photos?
I am a LeVeque, and she was my great-great-aunt. I have absolutely zero photos of my Levesque family, let alone that many generations back. I've made it into my desktop photo. Beautiful. Thank you for sharing!

A 3rd slave owned by Mary buried as a war time casualty in the Chattanooga Natl. Cemetery, Samuel Gundy.

FYI: Another slave owned by Mary as inherited in 1863 from her grandfather, Anthony W. Van Leer, was Joshua Willow #2998626. If I were you, I'd delete the William Hall document and add Mary's actual signature which I can do for you.

FYI: One of the many slaves owned by Mary Drouillard, William Hall, is memorial #2982033 in the CHattanooga Natl. Cemetery.
|Lori||RE: Baby Oestrike|
I did ask for help looking for two babies to fulfill photo requests. Sadly they were not marked or were somehow destroyed/lost or covered with dirt. The gentleman there was very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to help us locate these two sites. He wasn't crazy about Find A Grave but understands and was very nice. I was able to photograph the original records and send those to the people who made the requests. So, no, two requests but not eight but I am curious why you asked. Bad experience?

Sherri, Duplicate deleted, thanks for catching that. I added the baby's headstone picture to your entry as it was missing. Thank you. Take care.

Thank you for all your hard work and contributions to this site. My transfer request was just a request, if they are your family too then I totally understand you wanting to hold on to them. I had originally tried to get the transfer from the "original submitter" who was no longer an active member and who clearly would not be doing any work on them. You have over 4,000 memorials that you did not create and the ones I requested for my family fell into this category. Since you were not the "original submitter" I assumed they were not in your family and thought it would be easier to transfer them than to make numerous other changes. Thanks again for the work that you do and I look forward to working with you on this site! Chris
