I was born in 1926. I started working on my family tree in 2000. I was learning what little I know about computers at the same time.Had never touched one until my children talked me into it in 1999 (Nov) For Christmas that year my Daughter and Son-in-law gave me the Family Tree Maker.I had a few notes that I had writen down from my Mother. Luck would have it that I found her family in Kentucky with a lot of help from Doug Moore. At this time I am working on the families from around Allen, Adair, Barren, Metcalfe, Warren and Monroe County, Kentucky, Warren County, Tennessee, and Caswell County, North Carolina.Hagan, Crisp, Goodman, Garman and Rowe in KY. Crisp, Warren, Anderson, Snipes, Masey and Henegar in Tennessee. Crisp, Warren, Cooper and many more in North Carolina.I Live in California. Seems that I have left the impression that I live in places where I am searching. I don't travel around anymore since 2005.Thanks to all who have posted memorials.|

|Deanie McAlpin||RE: Apel kin|
Joy, they came from around Sachsweimal, Eisenachunter, Germany. My great great grandfather was born in Sasee Weimer Germany. They came over by ship to New Orleans in 1850 and from they they went to Herman, MO.
Thank you for replying!
|Deanie McAlpin||Apel kin|
Joy, I see your maiden name was Apel--which is also mine, plus I saw you had left a flower on my great grandmother Amelia Seeger Apel. Could you tell me the connection?
Thank you so much!

Hi Joy. I am sorry I just saw this message I haven't been on here for awhile. My brother is married to George and Jewell's youngest daughter. Just let me know what you need.

Memorial # 55549363, Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery Chickasha, Grady Co. OK.
|Scottie Finney||William Chester Crisp|
I believe I have found William and his wife buried in Rose Hill Cemetery in Chickasha Grady Co. OK. Their son Horace was married to Elsie Jane Castleberry. They are on census rolls from 1900 to 1940 in this city. Horace was on WW1 Draft here. Elsie`s family also buried here.

|Bill Bedell||Samuel Davis Goodson|
I don't believe that Samuel Davis Goodson's father is Isaac Newton Goodson. Isaac died in 1868. I think you have the wrong parents linked to Samuel.
|Sheila Mobley||Samuel Davis Goodson- Gilead Cemetery|
Hi, Joy. I'm Sheila. I am concerned about the rather large gap between the birth of Samuel Davis Goodson ("Dee") and those of his other siblings. You may want to double check me on this, but I believe that Samuel D. Goodson (birth 1843, Carroll Co., Missouri; death 1887 Nebraska?; burial: Rose Creek Cemetery, Reynolds, Thayer Co., Nebraska), to be the more likely sibling of the other Goodson children. Thank you for considering what I've suggested.
|Tammy King||Memorial transfer...|
I am not related so I transferred the memorial where you left a message. If you have anyone else in Blues Hill Cemetery that I have listed let me know. IF they are not related more closely to me, I will transfer. My daddy was a Smith and my mom's maiden name was Melton. A lot of burials @Blues Hill are related but I entered a lot from the cemetery books to try and get all the earlier burials listed so Blues Hill could be Almost complete. One contributor had my daddy listed and had he dfied in America Samoa/he died in Centertown, Warren, Tennessee. I requested but he ignored my request. He did finally transfer to one of my sisters, so all is good!
