I have been researching my family history for about 30 years. The stories my Gram would tell me about her family from England just got me hooked.

RE: Almira Kelsey
Thanks Gail. Actually I think the stone says "wife of" or "w/o" Rev Horace Kelsay. Do you still have the originaly file? If you sent it to me in an attachment I might be able to have one of my friends enhance it photo shop.

Thank you for finding and taking the photo of Almira. May I use your photo in my genealogy website? I would give you credit.

RE: Jabez Stevens
Thank you Gail for the update! I have been in touch with Ginny at the Newark Valley Historical Society, she has been so helpful, I wonder if she may be able to help you??
All I have for a location for JABEZ STEVENS grave and his son, Seth, should be next to his, or near his...
Lot G, North 56 feet from Ford Walk. There is no inscription... I'm wondering if Seth's grave has an inscription though...
Hope this is helpful, and thank you for continuing to solve this!

RE: Jabez Stevens

I wonder if by now you might be able to search for Jabez Stevens' grave (died about 1834) at Hope Cemetery along with his son, Seth (died 10/1821). they are near one another.

Thanks for your time and I wish you luck in searching for their grave monuments, I would love photos!!!! Thank you in advance!

Townsend Pictures
I want to thank you so much for the pictures you took of my Townsend Memorials. I have searched for a long time to find any info on the Townsend's that should be buried in Owego. If you see or know of any other Townsend's buried in Owego or Tioga county, I would love to know. Stephen, father of Ambrose and Harvey should be buried in Owego, but I have never found any records.

I think it is great that you took the time to do these photos for me.

Thanks Again
