Thank you for updating the page for my husband's great uncle. Although no memorial can express what an amazing and well respected surgeon and human being that he was, it is beautiful that he can still be remembered on Find A Grave.

|Mindi Mc||John L Russell|
Hello, I am currently engaged in a research project regarding British-born coal miners in Wyoming and Utah, and I would very much like to include John L. Russell's story in my account. Could you tell me if resources exist that a historian like myself might access either publicly or from a private collection (perhaps a copy of a diary or biography or the reminiscence of an offspring? etc)? From what I have been able to piece together about his coal mining career and contributions in the political arena, your ancestor seems to have been a remarkable man. Please contact me if you have any research tips or material that might assist me in telling his story.

My wife is the great great granddaughter of William and Eunice and we have done quite a bit of research on them. Do the cemetery records at Fountain cemetery list them as buried there? Our records show that they are buried in Bachellor Cemetery, Fountain, MI. Mrs James purchased Lot D-3 on Dec 9, 1895, after William died on Dec 8, 1895. The death certificate for Eunice states that she was buried in Bachellor on Jan 12, 1908. We are currently in the process of obtaining a civil war headstone for William through the VA.

Thank you so much for taking the beautiful pic of my grandparents' headstone. The time and effort it took is much appreciated as are your contributions to F.A.G.

|B.J. Waters||Are you okay?|
Greg, no one in the Group has heard from you lately and we're wondering if you are all right.
Hi Greg! I can tell you approximately where the graves are that you've "claimed". I kept log books of my entire transcription. I'll send you an e-mail in a little while. It will be easier than getting them from the office.
