You did a great job! The staff wouldn't even do what you did. If not for that cemetery card that I found all would be lost.
Thanks again

Thanks so much for the marking of where Alma's grave is. I muyst get them stones, she and her husband Frank Thompson. They were my step granddad's folks...in silent movies and a few talkies before she died. Her death appeared in the LA papers. Sad day for my grandpa. He loved his parents so much and he never forgot them either his whole life. Talked about his mama a lot to everyone! Thanks again :)

RE: Calvary Cemetery Los Angeles
I wish there was some way however if you request more than 3gravesite locations then they want to be paid for doing it. I cannot find any internet listing that furnishes the grave locations for this cemetery.

Thank you so much !! I have called Calvary cemetery several times and they couldn't even find the grave. You did a great job! It looks like she needs a headstone. I hope to buy her one. Again THANK YOU.

RE: Delia Donnelly Meyer
Thanks Larry. I'll try that. It could well be that the unmarked is Christian. He died about 10 years before his wife. The old documents I have did not provide the location for Christian unfortunately.

You know, I am so amazed that cemeteries don't like to have findagrave folks taking pictures. Just this week I heard the same thing from a contact in New Jersey who has gotten thrown out of Holy Sepulchre. Staff of the two cemeteries near me are really gracious about helping us find graves and in fact one of them said she thinks it's a part of her job.

Anyway, many thanks. Maureen

Thank you for fulfilling me request for a photo. This guy eluded me for years as he was listed in almost all documents with the last name of SHOOK since that was his step-father's last name. He "disappeared" once he became an adult and records reverted to his real last name.
Another piece of the puzzle solve! May I use this photo for my genealogical tree which does get posted on ancestry. I can certainly add your name as who took the photo?
