RE: Radville Cemetery
For a beginner I'm finding it a little confusing on how to get errors on other graves fixed.

I tried editing it and then tried sending a note to the contributor. Tonight I received an email saying they accepted my changes on my Grandmothers grave, but those are still my uncles dates not hers.

Any help appreciated.

Thank you,
Janice Trenouth

Judy: Thanks for the offer, I'll have to say no for now as I do not have the time or the patience to work on individual memorials. I also have soo much to learn on Find a Grave. I am working my way thru my side of the family and my spouse's side then onto our church cemetary where my in-laws are located. You do wonderful work and please keep at it!
Thanks!
Sonia

RE: Randi Ven
I agree, except this is all the info I have for my great-grandmother and this was how she was known thru out her life. Thanks!

RE: Francis Burnett
If only I had known about this "branch" of the family tree when I was in Dickinson a few weeks ago - I would have photographed all the Burnetts in this section. Just put this piece of the puzzle together a couple of days ago :>{

If you happen to have the Stark County History book, and see any entries for Frank E. Brennan and his wife Mary C (Burnett) Brennan (in another section of the Dickinson Cemetery) I'd be very interested. Have emailed Ladbury Funeral home trying to find cause of her death at only 21 on 8-1-1901.

RE: maiden names for men
I put them in the maiden name place because there is no other place to enter them. They are people who started in the US or Canada with one surname (usually birth name) & can be found under that name on early census or land records. They change their surname or take a parents surname at a later date & so other records are found under the newer surname. These are all Icelandic families who have a patrynomic naming system. The person can be found easier on the site if both names are included & prevents duplicate entries.
I appreciate if you would enter as I have edited them.
Thanks for your consideration.

Adana Mulvaney Dickinson ND
Hello, I am the great granddaughter of Adana Francena Harrington who married Simon Peter Mulvaney. I am writing about the headstone you recorded for Adana Mulvaney.

I have a copy of her death certificate which is for Stark County and has her name as Adna Mulvaney Hursh. I believe she married again to Charles Hursch in 1924 or 1925. I found her listed in 1925 ND state census as Edna Hursh with Charles Hursh. I also found her listed in 1930 census as Adna Hursh widowed living with 3 of her children (James, Petronilla and Elizabeth)

Could you tell me if the headstone on the grave includes Hursh? Do you have a photograph of the headstone? Thanks, my email is susandunnin@yahoo.com

RE: Velma and Leonard Dumas
Thanks, I had seen the "calculated relationship" notation on one of theirs and figured I'd verify it. :)
