Lagniappe! The majority of my memorials has been recorded with GPS (Global Positioning System). The benefit is to identify a grave location within a cemetery without having to walk it down to find a grave. To use this resource either (1) under the memorial "Plot", click on the "blue hypertext coordinates" to open the map looking for the "Green Arrow" or "orange ballon with black dot" indicating grave location. (2) under the memorial "Note", copy & paste coordinates "As Is" into Google Earth to view grave location within the cemetery looking for the "cross-hair +". Suggest you print out a copy of the map prior to your visit to the cemetery. Pay forward, obtain the GPS of your cemetery trail to share to others seeking genealogy.|
Kindly honor our veterans. When you visit a cemetery, please record, photograph their marker, post to update memorial, or if not created already, create a new memorial. You are invited to view my Virtual Cemeteries honoring veterans service in defense of freedom. Lest We Forget!

It has been 8 weeks....any idea when the perm. marker will be in place?
No, no kin. I found an obituary online. Thanks for the edit and all the memorials you've added.
Thank you for your encouraging words, J. B., and thank you for taking the time to send them. My cancer was caught very early, and the prognosis is good. (If you've got friends/family who smoke cigarettes, urge them to get a CT-scan of their lungs before they have symptoms of a problem.)

By the way...my Dad did not serve in Vietnam.
Just the Korean war briefly. Plus 21 years in the U.S. Air Force.
Thank you much.

Greetings JB Berry,
I so want to thank you for adding the post for my brother, Henry Heiskell, buried in Round Grove Memorial Garden in Shreveport, La.
Seeing the amount of listings you've done I can tell you keep busy, but if time allows will you add his birth date. It is September 5, 1946. Today! Thank You Much.
