I have been researching my family tree with my interest in Toles (Towles), Powers, Cummins, McCall, Ingram, Farr, Lynch, Robertson, Nation, Coldiron with most of them in Kentucky and Georgia. I absolutley enjoy looking for family headstones and I know how much it means to me to be able to locate a headstone and I enjoy the fact that I can do this for others. |
I'm also researching my husbands family which is Wingate, Goodrich, Aldridge, Cummins, Collier, Watts, Harlow and Young.
*~* I am currently working on documenting Frankfort Cemetery in Frankfort, Franklin Co., Kentucky. I have completed all of Sections O, R and U with memorials and headstone photos (some graves have no headstones) I have just started working on Section Q*~*
If any information I have added is incorrect please let me know. If you would like a memorial transferred to your management I will be glad to do so, regardless of the family connection, as I prefer that they be with family,
Please take a moment and visit my sister Jamie's memorial and leave a flower.
Happy hunting for that elusive stone.
***You may use my photos but please place my name as photogapher of the photo***

In transcribing and photographing Sand Spring Cemetery, I found the graves of Lucy B. Carter and Wilford. He was born in 1894 and no date of death. I checked Ancestry and found your listing. Do you know if he was buried at Frankfort instead of Sand Spring? If so, I need to link the data to your memorial.
Just wanted to have the data correct.
Thanks for all you do.

Frankfort Cemetery, Frankfort, Franklin Co., KY. Thank you so much for posting the photo of this tombstone. It is hot, sweaty work you are doing out in that cemetery and I appreciate it very much.

I can leave it, but she was never a Aldridge. Her mother was a Aldridge and didn't name her after my dad. She was a Armstrong. Her mother was a Harrod before she married the Aldridge.

Thanks, for the transfer.
Thank You for letting me have my Sister Memorial. He father was a Armstrong. Her mother was married to a Aldridge at the time of her birth. I'm her half brother through the Armstrong side. I change her name to Armstrong because that what she should have been named.
