|My wife and I have been doing genealogy research on both of our families since we retired in 1990. |
My lines include (McKay, Cobb, Long, Matney, George, Benefield, Latch). All of my family lines were in the U.S. as far back as I can trace (early 1700's). My sirname migrated from VA to OK via TN, GA, AL, and AR. On my mothers side they migrated from OH to OK via IL and MO.
My wife's lines include:(Skaggs, Gilreath). Her family migrated from KY, SC, and GA to OK. We are willing to share any information we have.
We also take cemetery photos of our family stones as well as for tombstones for cemeteries in our area.

would I be able to take over the memorial for Willie Mae Bennatt? Would appreciate it.
|sandra Ellington-Freeman||Willie Mae Bennatt|
Are you related to Willie Mae Bennatt?
I am a descendant of Carrol Mortimer Massie, her older brother. Carrol was my Great Grandfather. I have pictures of their father, Mortimer James Massie and also of Carrol. I have researched the Massie/Niles lines and have tried locating the burial/death record of Mary Warner Niles-Massie-Murphy to no avail. Would love to share information. Also Willie's oldest sister was Maude Agnes, who married J.W. McMillan.
I was "just" editing the caption on the group family photo. Also, I log into Find A Grave from my iPhone. I don't know if using different tools will change how a photo is displayed, but on my iPhone the photo is properly displayed. I will place the same photo with a right flip and see if that corrects the issue for your view. I have seen other memorials with the same photo uploaded like that and wondered about it.

I was at the Golden Gate Cemetery in Houston this past weekend taking pictures and I took one of Orelia Hughes Jenkins and her husband and two sons. You have her name as Orelia Jenkins Hughes in the Hughes Cemetery but it should be Orelia Hughes Jenkins. Her death certificate also shows she's buried in the Golden Gate. If you agree with this, let me know and I'll delete the memorial I created and add the pictures I took to your memorial after you correct her name and her burial location.

Hi. Are you familiar with the Hempstead Cemetery? I visited this cemetery in November, 2015 but was not able to locate J. B. & Martha Eubanks' headstone. It would be great if you could give me an idea of where within the cemetery they are buried. Thank You. Melany

To Whom It May Concern:
I am updating a profile for Lois A. Edgerton, born: 19 January 1903 in Randolph, Riley, Kansas; Died: 04 February 1984 in Oakley, Logan County, Kansas. I went in to view the Memorial and it belongs to a Louis Meyer. Please See that Louis Meyer is removed and enter Lois A. Edgerton in its place. Thank you.
Dated: 09 April 2016
Thank you for the transfer.

I just wanted to tell you thank you for taking pictures of my family's stones in the Pattison cemetery. I am in East Texas ( Nacogdoches) if there's ever anything I can help you with in these neck of the woods.
