RE: Ada Emily Babb Dear Jean -- are you still at this address? I was going thru some of my Grandmother's papers & photos & found a baby photo of Ernie Cox -- you may already have one. Let me know if you don't. Best Regards -- Pat
Steven M Cousins Hi, Jean. Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the memorial page for Steven M Cousins. He was my best friend in high school. He went into the Army and I left the area. I always wondered where he was and what he was doing. Although deeply saddened by his passing, I was glad to find this tribute. I'll be visiting him today. Thank you again. Bob Thomas
Swearengin Memorials Jean, I just asked Beverly to transfer the memorials I gave her back to me. Maybe as the creator and the manager, I can then delete them. She obviously didn't know what she was doing or asked for them to be transferred with the sole intention of deleting them, which is a No-No. Regardless, they make 'your' cemetery look trashy, so I'll try to get rid of them.
Swearengin Jean, I just tried to do as I indicated, I tried to delete the memorials for Thomas and Sarah Swearengin, but it won't let me do it. Even though I created them, I no longer manage them and "delete" is no a function that I'm allowed to have. Maybe Find-A-Grave has to delete them, but at this point, it appears the only person who can delete any of these memorials is Beverly, and she and/or Find-A-Grave have my permission to delete the ones I created.
RE: Vance Swearengin Wouldn't it be just as easy for Beverly, since she manages both of the memorials, to delete the duplicate she created and just add the information she put on the duplicate to the earlier one, such as add the picture and the biographical information? Why would she create a duplicate after she has asked for a transfer of a memorial for the same person? It appears she did the same thing with Vance's parents, what on earth was she thinking? Put the extra work on the person who messed up. I will delete memorials for his parents since the other duplicates she created is a sponsored memorial. But she apparently needs to pay attention to what she's doing.
