Have documented Twining Cemetery in Tolland, Mass. Connected many memorials to relatives in other cemeteries. About a dozen fallen & broken stone are being repaired in the cemetery. Twining memorials have been transferred to a descendant of Elijah Twining.

I like to resolve duplicate memorials, even though not my family. Also, while those memorials are being fixed, family connections are added where possible. If you are aware and don't have time to fix a duplicate, please contact me. I believe this effort has value to the site. There are a lot of duplicates!!

Have established a website for Twining Cemetery https://sites.google.com/site/twiningcemeteryma/home to facilitate what needs to be done to preserve some of the stones that need mending.

Clarke Marshall Cemetery - Tolland
Hey George, that photo shoot was a year and a half ago in the dead of winter after someone in a distant state (I can't recall which!) asked me to try and find out who is buried there apart from the few memorials created. It's not too far from here so I went up and took every stone you could see (with all the snow, and it was about 10 degrees out). I need to redo the photos, it is a tiny little cemetery right smack against someones yard. I may have missed plaques laying flat under the snow.

RE: Twining Memorials
I was out all day and just now had time to make the transfers. I've been wondering...since you are doing so much research and actual labor on the Twinings, do you want all the names back to manage? Either way is fine with me. Thanks for all you've been doing!! Norma

Thanks so much for reminding me of this info. I should have already added their spouses but had not done so.

Hi George:

Thanks for the help figuring out who's who. I figured out the others. However, I haven't used the panorama of the cemetery? Are those requests not there because you were limited to 20. If so, please request and I will fulfill asap. Glad all is going well at Twining!!

Maria
