|Patricia Shover Gregory||RE: Clara (Fletcher) Gragg|
Nancy, I husband is John Gregory, son of Horace Beverly Gregory, son of John "A" Gregory, son of Stephen Gregory, son of William Gregory, son of Beverly Gregory and Mary McCracken Gregory. Beverly and Mary had three sons: William, John Nelson, and our Stephen. Beverly died in 1839 and Mary married David Ely. William, the oldest, married a neighbor girl, Mary Jane Cox in 1848. They left for Kansas after the birth of their daughter in 1849: Amanda Elizabeth Gregory who married Benjamin H. Gragg. I have not found any other children from the union of William and Mary Jane. There was a short news item in a local paper about Betty Gragg visiting her father's family (the John Nelson Gregorys) 28 years after leaving Indiana. Finding this family was the fulfillment of the dream of my husband's aunt, so was pleased to make the connection but, alas, not before she passed.

|Gail Fisher Walker||RE: Isabella Cavett|
Nancy thank you for adding the information to Isabella Herron Cavett. I made one mistake when I sent the message to you on Robert's name, that is, I typed "Richard" instead of Robert in the text the second time as I was telling the story. Would you make the correction please, Robert not Richard. Not sure what I was thinking.
|Janet||Doctor Clinton Butler|
Nancy, that is a great picture of the family group on Doc's memorial (at least those who are interred in the immediate area. It's very nice. Janet

|Gay Hobt Morton||RE: East Tennessee History Center|
Nancy, The East Tn. History Center is in Knoxville. They have a webpage that tells about the current exhibits and the Civil War Families of Tn program, which you might be interested in. It gets you family registered.

Thank you for the suggestion for Doctor Butler. I have made the corrections on his page.
