|Jo Ann Kelly||Thanks!|
Wow! You are super fast on your edits! Thanks for editing the J. O. West memorial and for creating it with the information newspaper clipping. His widow told me the story growing up, but I had never read it or seen his picture. It is an important part of Kentucky history, and record of those killed in the line of duty.
I went back to your page and thought I had read it wrong when I read wife's name, not realizing some people can be that fast with an edit response! Page looks great!
I went to Rose Hills today to try and find Charlene. I was told she was cremated. The remains are with the family. There is no grave or headstone for her.

Thank you so much for placing him in the law enforcement officers virtual cemetery. He was a friend of mine and I know his family and brothers and sisters in law enforcement will really appreciate it!

Thanks for adding a note to Bryon's memorial. I am going to have to delete my acount because another account was created prior to mine. It is 135844047 if you want to add a note to that memorial. Thanks again.

James, have you ever located John J. Nance, b. 1849, MO (1/2 brother of Absilla Nance)? The last I located him was in the 1870 Richardson County census and in 1871 in the probate/land record when Isham Nance died. My husband's gg-grandfather is William George Nance (John's brother). In 1882 he along with George Faulkner (father-in-law) with other from Richardson County went to Hodgeman County, KS and then to Cherokee County, KS. I have never located John. My profile name is "tribe hunter" and I have submitted several NANCE memorials in NE/KS. Thank you.
|Florida Boy 64||Sorry|
I made a mistake Richard Cloud grave number is 52492952 he is buried at Garden of Memories Tampa Florida. Sorry about the mistake
|Florida Boy 64||2 Tampa Officers|
Here are 2 Tampa police officers that were killed in the line of duty. Gerald Rauft 55936477 and Richard Cloud 52492924 I knew Richard's son he was going after very very bad drug dealers they put the hit on him and they went to his house and by the luck of the draw he opened the door and they gunned him down. Had it been his son or anybody else they would have been collateral damage. It really sad that his son saw his Dad die before his eyes. But there was justice they man who ordered the hit was arrested found guilty and put to death in 1984. Please leave them flowers and tell your friends thank you.
I ran across your memorial for Officer Foote (73644779) while doing some research on a branch of the family that migrated to Cleveland. Thank you for posting his memorial - his was a remarkable story and he was truly a hero. I was wondering if you could take a minute to rearrange the order of the photos on his memorial so that the portrait photo appears on top - it's all the way on the second page at the moment.
