The name on that headstone is Motz, "geb. Motz", not Mak. Please look at it again. The photo cut the right side of the headstone off. Maybe you have another better photo of it.

Thank you.

Jae - Thank you so much for all the work you have done, helping those of us who do not have the opportunity to travel to far off cemeteries.

I am writing to ask for permission to use the photos you posted for the Nickisch family in the Saint Luke Cemetery in Wishek, McIntosh County, North Dakota, USA.

Again, thank you for your services!

Yours in genealogy, Pam Wagler

You manage so many of my family member - it sort of blows my mind, but you do such a great job with the editing and everything. I just don't say how grateful I am often enough. Thank you so much for all of your great work.

Most Sincerely,
Sylvia M. Hertel

You do such a great job. As many edits and photo requests as I put in, you get a whole bunch of them. I really do appreciate all your good work, even if I don't always say so. Thank you.

Most Sincerely,
Sylvia M. Hertel

Thank you so very much for including the headstone inscription in Susanna's memorial, and especially for taking the time to translate it. I saw that and cried. No one would have ever known her grandchild was buried with her, if you hadn't gone to all that trouble.

Too many people don't think children who die as infants, or are stillborn, don't count, but those children have a huge impact on the parents lives, and the family as a whole, even though their time on this earth is so very short. I have never forgotten my baby sister who died at two weeks, nor have I ever forgotten the impact her short life had on my parents and my siblings.

My grandmother, who died in childbirth, and that baby, my uncle, died two months later. Their deaths also had a huge impact on our family. My uncle is also buried in the same grave with his mother.

Just because their life is short, doesn't mean they don't matter.

Most Sincerely,
Sylvia M. Hertel
