In tracing my own family tree I have taken several photos of my family gravestones. I recently revisited an old cemetery and found that one of the stones I needed a re-take of, due to an annoying shadow, was now buried under grass and barely locatable(in only 2 years!). That experience has sparked me to check the cemeteries posted at Find A Grave for cemeteries in my area that need photos added. I have also begun to add names (memorials) to the cemeteries at Find A Grave as I go through my photos and find someone(family member or not) that hasn't been listed yet. |
Since you are reading this, I hope it means that I added a name or a photo of someone in your tree. I am gladly volunteering my efforts to help others find their family graves as several Find A Grave volunteer contributors have helped me. Therefore, I grant permission to save a copy of any of my photos posted on findagrave.com for your personal use in your database or your personal on-line tree. In addition, I will gladly transfer management of a memorial(if it isn't in my tree) per Find A Grave guidelines. -Judi

I added some to her father's memorial.

Horace Harrington Adams: correct POD location Glastonbury, Hartford, Connecticut step-daughters(1901-1992) Laura Irene Perkins Walker residence. When I listed Grafton I was looking at his Lodge card which was one of the last items I had found of entry.
Margaret(Dorothy)Isabelle Doherty Perkins Adams: correct POD location is Grafton. Due to the complexity of data I inadvertently submitted in error. Numerous similarities of named Margaret's Yes in addition, a given name a/k/a (Dorothy) was noted on several documents. Hoping this will be in agreement with your history. Please use my email to inquire further.

Thanks for the Niblack photos. Frances Herr Niblack, and her son Austin, would be distant cousins of mine.

Thank you. I was wasn't aware that he was listed in the wrong cemetery or that another listing existed. I will get this fixed.

Thanks Judi for your work at Marble Park Cemetery. The picture of the family plot with notes was excellent.
