Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been interested in family history since my youth. I have deep roots in the city of Norfolk, and Southampton County, Virginia, along with other places.' I love the feeling of connection I get when I visit the resting places of my forebears.

I lived for 35 years in Stow, MA and became very interested in the history there. I was active in the Stow Minutemen historical reenacting group, and did a lot of research on the Revolutionary War period in Stow. To that end, I photographed in 2013 every stone still in the Lower Cemetery. I have posted every legible stone. I have also posted information about graves that are no longer visible or legible that I've been able to document.

I hope that some of this is of use to descendants of these people. Especially for the graves in Stow, I'm not related. If you are, please feel free to request a transfer.

Remembering the Forgotten
RE: Myrick Cemetery
I'm sorry, I never received the original transfer. I'm not sure if I can do a whole cemetery at once or will have to do each person. But I will check on it and take care of it. Thanks.

Thank You for Your Thoughtfulness
Hi Carolyn! Thank you very much for taking the time to look at what I did for Jonas, Lucy, and Frederick. And thank you very much for the information you provided on my profile page about further records in Stow, Massachusetts. I am planning to follow up, as you suggested! Thank you again for your amazing labor of love in photographing all of the headstones and creating memorial pages for each person you have documented as buried in Stow's Lower Village Cemetery. What an undertaking! Blessings, Susan

Jonas, Lucy, and Frederick Whitcomb
Hi Carolyn,
It was good to find the memorials for my fourth great grandparents and their son, Frederick, in your care here at findagrave.com. Are you related to them? I notice that you have not linked their memorials together. Jonas' memorial is No. 95010483, and his wife's memorial, Lucy Walcott Whitcomb, is No. 95010484. Their son's memorial, Frederick Whitcomb, is No. 95010482. I have an extensive family tree up at ancestry.com and would very much love to have their memorials in my care, if they are not directly related to you. My member number is 48015067. I very much appreciate the work you have done here at findagrave.com to preserve the memories of so many loved ones. I know that it is truly a labor of love for you and all of us here.
Blessings always,
Susan
