My pictures have survived house fires, floods, tornadoes, family breakups and the Great Rebellion. They have been transported miles in a wagon or handcart, trains, planes and automobiles. Some were carried by soldiers to wars in all parts of the world.

James's mother's name is Elizabeth Looney she was born 22 Aug 1836 in Walnut Grove, Greene County, Missouri & died 20 Feb 1866 in Greene County, Missouri. I am looking to see if she as a memorial on Find A Grave, because I don't have a burial record for her yet. If I find her I will post a memorial for her. His father is John D. Fletcher Burney, born 9 Oct. 1832, Guilford County, North Carolina & died 20 Dec. 1862, Greene County, Missouri. He was shot during the Civil War. I don't have a burial place for him either. I am looking for him, so when I find him if nobody has a Find A Grave Memorial site for him I will post one. Mary M. Dotson was his wife she was born 1862 & died 1898 in Greene County, Missouri. Her Find A Grave Memorial # 50717164.
