RE: Peggy Briner
Yes, there was a Thomas Collings born in 1780 who had a son he named Thomas Franklin Collings and this one had a son named Thomas Collins (don't know for sure when the G in Collings was dropped), but the third one only lived five months. I don't know that they used Jr. and Sr. in those days.

Thomas Franklin was married three times: to Margaret "Peggy" Briner on 27 Jul 1820, to Susan McNeil Schumaker on 6 Jul 1862, and to Melvina Evaline Emms/Ames on 30 Jun 1874. If you have a printout of that documentation on Susan's marriage date, could you email it to me. Note that you say July 4 and I have July 6.

And they did have a daughter named Sarah, but her nickname was "Sadie" I believe. I don't have a birth or death date on Susan but her birth year appears to have been in 1842. And I'm sure she died before he married Melvina. And you'll note that Tom died pretty soon after his third marriage.

Things are well here and I'm looking forward to a good summer. Hope the same for you.

RE: Larry Shroyer
How doesn it work and what do i do? Information does not clarify it for me. Help me cut through all the jargon. Thanks. Any way to have a private conversation without everyone reading it?

RE: Re: Larry Shroyer
Larry R. Shroyer is my Dad. I am the third oldest of his 6 kids. Auntie spoke of many family members but I only know of the group in Or. and met them a few times as a small child. She did a lot geneology research and was in contact with someone in KS. I have some of her correspondence. Yes, it would be nice to have the headstone showing on his burial page.

RE: Joe Chandler
I understand. A lot of times I just extract the bio/info from obits to make the memorial more personal.

RE: Maryanna Kablis
We have been checking for a marker placed on the grave site of Maryanna every visit to the memorial park for the last 6 months. Success today we found there is now a marker for Maryanna. No need to request a photo as we have already uploaded one to her Memorial# 116552361
