John D Stanley
Hello Marcus,
I'm trying to locate the grave of my great great grandfather John D Stanley who was born in 1835 and died in 1900. He was married to Hannah J Hewett and had a son (George Edgar Stanley). He resided in Shallote NC and was a Civil War Veteran of the 20th NC, Company G.
Any help you can give will be most appreciated.

Charles C Bailey
Hi,

My name is Philippe Gerkens and i write you from Belgium. Some years ago, i found in an old farm a little Dog Tags' lost by an american soldier in winter 1944 during the battle of the Bulge. On the tag we can read the name of the soldier : Charles C. Bailey and the army serial number. I found some informations about this soldier on internet : his residence in 1944 was in the county of Barrow in Georgia and he was skilled in fabrication of textile products. I would very glad to find the family of this soldier to say all my gratitude and admiration. Of course the dream would be to meet the family to give them the tag. Do you have more informations about Charles Chalmers Bailey ?
Thank you for your help and any information you could give me.

Yours faithfully,

Philippe ( philippe.gerkens@gmail.com )

Rosa Arnett Bozeman Ward
Patterson Cemetery, Calabash, Brunswick County, NC.

Sir,
In the Find-a-Grave listing of burials at Patterson Cemetery, Rosa Arnett Bozeman Ward is shown as having one son Barney Ward, B.& D 1915. She also had two other children at the time of her death who are buried elsewhere.

Is it possible to add their names to her cemetery record? Daughter Tessie Ardell Ward B. 30 May 1910; D. 7 Nov 1957, buried in NC. Son Charles Percy Ward, B. 30 Oct 1912, D. 3 Jul 2001, buried in Johnston, SC.

Please advise.

Marcus,

Just like to say thank you for taking the picture of my grandma Flo's grave. I wasn't sure if she was buried or cremated until I seen your pic on the internet google search. It was such a blessing to take my mom (Flo's daughter) to her grave site. We decorated it with sea shells we got from the outer banks and also planted flowers. Thanks again for helping me find this memorial! May God Bless You Always and Your work!

more Frinks' graves?
Hi Marcus -- I have just become interested in my genealogy and lots of relatives have done much research. Many thanks to them and folks like you!! My Great Great Grandmother is Annie Eliza Frink Hughes #56883292 (1836-1883). I am looking for her parents' graves: William T. Frink b.1813,1818 & Mary Sommerset Frink. William T. is a child of William Frink Sr. (1793-1859) #37516257 and Anna Reaves (1793-1859) #37516228 and brother to Jabesh Frink (1834-1896) #51853656. Do you have any ideas? Many thanks! Birth Date Typo
Thank you for creating the listings on findagrave. I noticed that you have the birth date for Elizabeth Corbett Beatty as Apr. 25, 1867 but it should be Aug. 25, 1867
