Gerald Blossom
Joseph Blossom
Hi cousin Bonnie! I just discovered Find A Grave and you yesterday. My sister and I have done some minimal Blossom family tree research and have come upon an obstacle. We need acceptable documentation that Joseph Blossom, Born in MA in 1783 and died in Somerville, Butler County, Ohio on July 6th, 1853 is indeed the son of Ebenezer and Hannah Murdoch Blossom. Do you or anyone have anything or information or suggestions to help us? (William Blossom's son Lee Roy was our great grandfather.)His photo was a great find. Do you have any more family photos? Lots of relatives in that Somerville cemetery. Looking forward to your reply. Gerald Blossom (for Janet Blossom Lussier)

Hi Bonnie, I will try to find Mary Keister and the other Keister this spring. I am taking pictures of the entire cemetery, mostly because I don't have a way of looking up where one certain person is. I will fulfill this asap. Thanks!

RE: Francis Marion Gardner
Thanks! I'd love to share Gardner info. Not sure if you're on, but most of the info I have is shown there (Tree name: DALTON). My Great Grandmother was Amanda M. Gardner, daughter of Jesse Gardner and Priscilla Gunn of Weakley County. A lot of the info I have gotten from other Public Trees on the site, but I'm trying to verify thru Census and other records to make any needed corrections. If you want to email me (instead of this public communication) please feel free--the email address should be shown on my bio at this site.

RE: Francis Marion Gardner
So I hope I have this straight:

The Francis Marion Gardner (1840-1921) was the son of Priscilla Gunn and Jesse Gardner (and this Jesse the son of John Almus Gardner and Patience Whitehead).

The F.M. Gardner (1830-1919), who I believe was also named Francis Marion? was the son of the Jesse Gardner who was the brother of John Almus Gardner (i.e. the Uncle of the afore-mentioned Jesse).

All this honoring of relatives by naming children after them can get mighty confusing! BTW: Joshua Gardner and Ann Darden are my 5th great grandparents, so I guess we're cousins).

Francis Marion Gardner
Is he buried in Weakley County TN (per Find A Grave Memorial# 95891376) or in Texas (per the memorial you have in the system)? He's only a distant relative of mine, but I would like to get this straigtened out. Thanks!

Thanks for your effort! I added a note that Harry doesn't have a marker. I was going to call the office, but I couldn't find a phone number.

Hello, I thank you very much for getting a pic of my Aunt's headstone. She has a combined headstone with her hubby, Carl Cradit Pindar, which means you took a picture of his at the same time. On his memorial, #100050790, he does not have a picture posted yet. Seeing that you took the picture, I wanted to ask you if you would like to post this picture to his memorial. If not, I will get it posted there. Let me know & thank you again!
