Bio Photo First, I would like to point out that the photos on the memorial pages are thumbnails and will open larger if clicked on; and they will usually open larger twice more if you click twice more.
If you want to use any of my photos for your family tree, you have my permission.
I am shy about going to cemeteries through private property and I avoid really large cemeteries in hot weather.
Otherwise, I am happy to help.
If you want me to delete one of my photos so that you may add a better photo - no problem.
My husband and I don't have a relative, living or dead, south of Little Rock, Arkansas. My Deep South memorials are not my people.
My list of PET PEEVES:
1) Moldy old silk flowers.
2) People who don't say thank you.
3) Fire ants and wasp.
4) Too much herbicide around tombstones.

RE: Boudousquie - St. Louis #3
Funny you should say Lutheran Germans as the family members I was referring to were all German Lutheran.

Maybe some relative will show up and make a decision. I'd go with the birth record over the stone. I have a few relatives at the birth record and the stone are a year different.

I believe the stone also had a different order of one of the names. Again, same relatives of mine that had the year difference births cert vs stone also had the name reversed. Who knows! I personally stick with the birth record!

Boudousquie - St. Louis #3
Hi Peachy,
I added photos to your Boudousquie names in the St. Louis #3 cemetery. Some info is different on the stone vs what you posted. I can't tell if you are related or just posted as a volunteer so I didn't do any edit request. Obviously, if you are related you will have more info regarding the proper order of names and birth years then perhaps the person who ordered the stone did.

RE: Just happened to see your message on Scott
Thank you again. I notified Steven Scott of what you found, and requested a change of cemetery location to adcwo, who created the memorial.

Your help is invaluable. Thank you again.

Peachy Pringle,

Thank you. You saved a lot of research. I will let Steven Scott know he has the wrong cemetery.

I appreciate your help.

RE: Herbert Hopkins
The NMI stands for No Middle Initial. You might want to put the NMI in ( ) or just leave it off altogther. I just thought it might help way down the ancestry line if somebody was trying to find his middle name.

He has a son, Herbert NMI Hopkins, Jr.

Thanks for your edit.

You put out a photo request for this memorial. If you could call the cemetery office and get the exact location of this grave, I can get a photo for you. The place is huge and they do not give out info to non-relatives. (They could likely send you a list of who is in the burial plot as well).

RE: Garden of the Pines
Thank you again. I made a snip save and will send on to my cousin in Dallas. And I will be waiting to see if you catch my aunt and uncle Ben and Edna Barrere!
