Bio and Links
Bio Photo Nearly all of the memorials I have entered and flowers left are somehow related to our family, if you happen to be related would love to hear from you.

I am currently working on trying to locate the final resting place of all the men who were part of the First Special Service Force, aka Devil's Brigade or Black Devils. In July 2013, the Congressional Gold Medal was awarded, collectively, to the First Special Service Force, in recognition of its superior service during World War II. Presentation of the Congressional Gold Medal took place February 3, 2015 in Washington D.C.
My father-in-law, C.W. "Tiny" Beacon served in this elite unit.

Most memorials I have created in CT cemeteries are not family and happy to transfer to family or anyone who wishes to take care of memorial.

You are so welcome! You can't believe how happy I was to be able to help! I'm new to genealogy and love researching and finding little clues to my family's past! Of course you are welcome to use the photo! I wish it could have been better but it was pretty high up on the wall! If you need others in this area I will be happy to help again!

Just a note to let you know I have now made nice photos of all the SSF soldiers buried here. I assume you have a list of them.
Best regards
